Your Processed Personal Data, Purpose, and Legal Basis
Uzunetap Tanıtım Organizasyon Tic. A.Ş. (“Company”), a subsidiary of Doğuş Holding A.Ş., processes personal data to provide better services to its guests and members in accordance with its legal obligations arising from relevant legislation, including but not limited to the Law No. 5651 on Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications, the Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. For these purposes and to fulfill its legal obligations, the Company collects and processes personal data (such as name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, email, gender, address, occupation, education, marital status, vehicle license plate, ID details, accommodation and expenditure information, boat/transportation/travel information, insurance, boat crew information, social media accounts, shopping information, and billing details) in compliance with these laws. As it has been until now, this personal data will be processed and stored with information security measures taken and will not be used beyond the purposes and scope determined by this Personal Data Protection Policy, based on your explicit consent.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
To learn what personal data of yours is being processed, whether it is being used in line with its intended purpose, and to identify the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad; to request corrections or updates if your personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, or if there are any changes to your processed personal data; and to request that these updates or corrections be communicated to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, you can contact us via email at kisiselverilerim@uzunetap.com.
